For most of my career, I have focused on building technology platforms that remove friction and unlock access. In advertising, that meant creating smarter systems that connect brands and audiences more efficiently. In healthcare, the stakes are much higher. We are not optimizing campaigns. We are improving lives.
Traditional healthcare systems were not built for proactive care. They were built for treatment. Most people interact with the system only after something goes wrong. By the time symptoms appear, the problem is often more complex and more expensive to solve. This reactive model drives up costs, limits access, and puts unnecessary strain on providers.
I believe we need to shift from reactive care to preventative care. Diagnostics is the gateway to that shift.

At Intrivo Diagnostics, we have worked to advance a model called Diagnostics as a Service, or DaaS. The idea is simple. Diagnostics should not be confined to labs, hospitals, or emergency rooms. They should be accessible, scalable, and integrated into everyday life.
Diagnostics as a Service means building a technology-enabled platform that delivers testing solutions efficiently and responsibly. It combines manufacturing, logistics, data systems, regulatory expertise, and consumer access into one connected ecosystem. Instead of offering a single test, you create an infrastructure that can support many types of diagnostic tools over time.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw how critical scalable testing could be. Through the ON/GO platform, we helped make testing more accessible so individuals and organizations could make informed decisions. That experience reinforced something I have long believed. When you empower people with timely data about their health, you change behavior and outcomes.
The Power of Early Detection
Early detection saves lives. It also saves money. When conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, or certain cancers are identified early, treatment is often simpler and more effective. Yet access to regular testing remains inconsistent.

One of the biggest lessons I have learned as an entrepreneur is that durable impact comes from infrastructure. Products come and go. Platforms endure.
Diagnostics as a Service is not about launching a single breakthrough test. It is about building a foundation that supports ongoing innovation. That foundation must be compliant, secure, and adaptable. It must integrate with healthcare providers, employers, and public health systems. It must prioritize data privacy and patient trust.
This approach also allows for speed. When new health challenges emerge, a strong DaaS platform can pivot quickly. Instead of starting from scratch, you build on existing capabilities. That agility is essential in a world where global health risks can escalate rapidly.

That is why I believe innovation must be guided by humanity. Throughout my career, I have tried to live by three principles: courage, clarity, and humanity. Courage to challenge outdated systems. Clarity in execution and communication. Humanity in how we serve people. Diagnostics as a Service reflects all three.

We are still in the early stages of what preventative healthcare can become. Advances in biotechnology, data science, and AI will continue to expand what is possible. I see a future where routine diagnostics are seamlessly integrated into everyday life, where risk is identified earlier, and where healthcare becomes more proactive than reactive.
Diagnostics as a Service is not a trend. It is a structural shift. By building scalable, technology-driven platforms, we can expand medical access and empower individuals with the information they need to make better decisions.
